FMBOT 12000

The FMBOT 12000 is a self-propelled amphibious pumping robot designed for high-capacity flood response, large-scale dewatering and long-distance water transfer. Built on a hydraulically driven all-terrain chassis, it can move independently on land and water, enter flooded or hard-to-access areas and operate without an external power supply or separate floating platform. With a maximum pumping capacity of 12,000 L/min, it supports rapid water removal from streets, culverts, underground facilities and other flooded locations while reducing the need for personnel to enter hazardous areas.

Key Features

  • High-capacity pumping system delivering up to 12,000 L/min (720 m³/h) for rapid floodwater removal and large-scale drainage operations.
  • Self-propelled amphibious platform capable of moving independently on land and water and entering or leaving flooded areas without a separate floating platform.
  • Hydraulically driven all-terrain chassis with on-the-spot turning capability for operation on mud, sand, riverbanks and other difficult terrain.
  • Remote-controlled operation with a communication range of at least 300 m and up to 500 m in open areas, depending on terrain and environmental conditions.
  • Long-distance water transfer over at least 300 m, depending on hose configuration, operating conditions and required pumping performance.
  • Independent 35 hp engine with a 50 L fuel tank, providing approximately five hours of continuous operation and allowing refuelling during use.
  • Double DN200 water inlet and outlet connections designed for high-volume pumping and efficient transfer of dirty water containing small solid particles.
  • Integrated electric recovery winch with approximately 1,600 kgf pulling force and wired or wireless control.
  • Standard auxiliary hydraulic output rated at 140 bar and 40 L/min for powering compatible external hydraulic equipment.
  • Optional powered hose-reel cart for the transport, deployment and retrieval of up to approximately 150–200 m of DN200 hose, depending on the selected configuration.
