ABOUT FIRE-MAX

Who is FIRE-MAX?
FIRE-MAX Sp. z o.o. is a Warsaw-based supplier and international business partner with more than 30 years of experience in the firefighting, rescue and law-enforcement industries. We supply professional equipment from recognised manufacturers and develop our own FIRE-MAX Rescue Systems product lines.

What product categories does FIRE-MAX offer?
Our portfolio includes firefighting equipment, thermal imaging solutions, technical and road rescue equipment, HazMat leak-control and sorbent solutions, law-enforcement equipment and body-temperature control systems.

Which brands does FIRE-MAX represent?
FIRE-MAX is an international Master Distributor for manufacturers including Seek Thermal, Magnaseal and Leatherhead Tools. We also offer equipment under our own FIRE-MAX Rescue Systems brand.

What is FIRE-MAX Rescue Systems?
FIRE-MAX Rescue Systems, or FMRS, is our own range of firefighting and rescue solutions. FMRS products are designed by engineers who are also active professional firefighters and are tested in real operational conditions.

Can FIRE-MAX help me select the right equipment?
Yes. Our team provides technical advice and can help identify a suitable product or complete solution. Please include the intended application, required technical parameters, operating environment, quantity and destination country in your enquiry. FIRE-MAX describes advisory services as part of its customer support activities.

Where can I find technical specifications and product manuals?
Many product pages include dedicated Pictures, Technical Specification and Downloads sections. If the required document is not available online, please contact us and specify the exact product name and model.

Are certificates and declarations available?
Certification and compliance documentation depend on the product and target market. FIRE-MAX states that the products in its offer have the required certificates and licensing documents. Please request the relevant declaration, certificate, technical data sheet or user manual for the specific model before ordering.

Can FIRE-MAX prepare a complete equipment package?
Yes. We provide complete, ready-to-use packages for road rescue, firefighting and HazMat operations, helping customers source complementary equipment from one reliable supplier.

Do you provide product demonstrations and training?
FIRE-MAX organises product presentations, demonstrations, training sessions and seminars. Availability depends on the product, location and scope of the project.

Do you provide repair and maintenance services?
FIRE-MAX provides repair and maintenance services for products within its portfolio. Service availability and conditions may depend on the manufacturer, product model and customer location.

QUOTATIONS, ORDERS AND DELIVERY

How can I request a quotation?
Send your enquiry to export@firemax.eu or use the contact form. Please include the product name or model, required quantity, destination country, postal code, requested delivery date and your company details. FIRE-MAX also publishes the main telephone number +48 22 578 84 00 for enquiries.

Are product prices available online?
Prices, current availability and commercial terms are provided on request. Product pages direct customers to submit an enquiry so that an individual quotation can be prepared for the selected product, quantity and destination.

Does FIRE-MAX handle international enquiries?
Yes. FIRE-MAX operates as an international business partner and Master Distributor and actively works with overseas partners and distributors. Product availability and delivery conditions are confirmed individually.

What information should I include in a delivery enquiry?
Please provide:

  • the product name and model;
  • the required quantity;
  • the full delivery address and postal code;
  • the destination country;
  • the requested delivery date;
  • any special unloading or transport requirements;
  • your preferred Incoterms rule, when applicable.

This information allows the export team to calculate freight costs and prepare accurate commercial terms.

What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery time depends on product availability, production schedule, quantity and destination. Please contact the export team for current availability and an estimated dispatch or delivery date.

What are the warranty conditions?
Warranty conditions depend on the manufacturer and product model. The applicable warranty period and service conditions should be confirmed in the quotation, product documentation or order confirmation.

How can my company become a FIRE-MAX distributor?

Can I buy directly from FIRE-MAX or through a local distributor?
The appropriate sales channel may depend on the product and destination country. Contact the FIRE-MAX export team, which will advise whether the order should be handled directly or through a local distribution partner.

Does FIRE-MAX support distributors with technical and product materials?
Technical data sheets, manuals and other product materials are available for many products. Additional sales, training and technical support should be agreed with the export team according to the brand and cooperation model.
